Our minds are powerful tools that can shape our reality. A Confident Mind involves cultivating self-respect, accepting our natural cognizance, and intentionally turning towards it rather than letting our customary reactions take over.
From the birds chirping outside our window to the dog wagging its tail at its owner’s arrival home, there is an abundance of joy all around us. We just have to open our hearts and minds to it. When we acknowledge this universal connection between all sentient beings, something magical happens – we begin to see the world through a different lens.
When we talk about authenticity, we are talking about the quality of being genuine and real. It is about being who you are without pretense or artifice. It is about being honest with yourself and others and living your life in a way that is true to your values and beliefs.
