In this week’s Contemplative Living Podcast – We look into a soft power of peace within us that is not limited or fear-based. When we experience the world through our true nature, we accept what is with pure awareness. Every moment in life has three phases: arising, presence, and dissolution. Moments in life string together like the frames of a film to create a continuum of who we are. By practicing mindfulness and paying careful attention we gradually feel peaceful awareness. Increasing our mindfulness will cause insight and knowledge to arise. Know the present cannot be stopped.
