Contemplative Inquiry

This week, we show how Contemplative Inquiry is key to cultivating a skillful practice. Contemplation fosters greater inner freedom and allows us to loosen up and let go of conditioning. In meditation practice, we calm our minds and look into the true nature of things, which leads to greater awareness. Cultivating self-awareness during everyday moments, we experience true wakefulness—we are fully alive in the moment. Investigate with a silent mind to illuminate what is cloudy or confused. Deep inquiry provides us with the tools to free the mind from suffering. Ask questions to allow intrinsic wisdom to emerge, a knowledge within all of our hearts that has not yet had a chance to inform our lives.
