Who Are You

In this week’s episode of the Contemplative Living Podcast, we explore “Who are you?” Who indeed… Where is your threshold of Being? As humans, we have been taught to believe we are separate, absolute individuals. Am I my job, my family, or a conglomerate of all those personas? As humanity’s madness swirls around, be the Pillar. Explore the wonder, the miracle unfolding. It is our responsibility to shape our souls into loving Light.

Who are you?  Who indeed…

Is there something deeper that defines us? It’s a question that has puzzled philosophers and thinkers for centuries, yet one that remains unanswered.

Perhaps we are shaped by the relationships we form with others, by the connections we make, and the impact we have on those around us. Or it’s our passions and interests that truly define who we are, shaping our beliefs and guiding our actions. But then again, could it be something more intangible – a sense of purpose or destiny that drives us forward, pushing us to seek out new challenges and opportunities?

Where is the threshold of your Being?

The threshold of your being may be found in the moments when you feel most alive – when your heart beats with passion and purpose, when your mind is clear and focused, and when your spirit soars with joy. It is in those moments that you truly connect with the essence of who you are, beyond all labels and expectations.

But the threshold can also be found in times of struggle and pain, where you are pushed to your limits and forced to confront your deepest fears and insecurities. These challenges test not only your strength but also reveal hidden depths within yourself that you never knew existed.

So, where is the threshold of your being? Perhaps it lies somewhere between vulnerability and resilience, between doubt and faith, between darkness and light. Only by exploring these extremes can we truly understand the complexity of our own existence.

Be the Pillar with humanity’s madness swirling around.

In a world where chaos and madness seem to be the norm, it can be easy to feel overwhelmed and lost. But in the midst of this swirling storm of humanity’s darkness, there lies an opportunity for each of us to stand tall as a pillar of strength and light.

Being the pillar amidst all the madness means embodying kindness, empathy, and compassion in everything we do. It means choosing love over hate, understanding over judgment, and forgiveness over bitterness. It means being a beacon of hope in a sea of despair.

When we choose to be the pillar with humanity’s madness swirling around us, we not only uplift ourselves but also those around us. Our actions have the power to inspire others to do the same, creating a ripple effect that can transform our world into a place of peace and harmony.

We share a responsibility of sculpting our souls into Loving Light.

When we think about sculpting our souls into Loving Light, it is a powerful reminder that we all have the ability to shape our own inner beings. Just as an artist carefully chisels away at a block of marble to reveal a beautiful sculpture within, we, too, must take the time and effort to work on ourselves from the inside out.

It is not always easy or comfortable to confront our flaws and imperfections, but through self-reflection and personal growth, we can transform ourselves into radiant beings of love and compassion. Each action we take, each word we speak, has the power to either uplift or tear down those around us. By choosing kindness over cruelty, understanding over judgment, and forgiveness over resentment, we contribute to the collective consciousness of humanity.

In this journey of shaping our souls into Loving Light, let us remember that every small step towards love and positivity matters. We are all interconnected in this world; therefore, it is crucial for each individual to do their part in spreading light and healing energy wherever they go.
