In this week’s Contemplative Living Podcast, we are discussing Living in Truth. Much of what we are told sounds like a sales pitch. Our Personal Truth is more than known; it is a flame in our hearts. Live in truth. Are you interested in the real thing—do you want the truth? Look at things honestly, sincerely, and truthfully, which may or may not be an easy thing to do. The wise man has the power to truly see. Daring you to open your eyes and open your mind. Are we hiding our true selves to project a persona we wish people to see? Caring about living in truth comes from a sense of belonging.
Our Personal Truth
Our personal truth is something that we each have to discover for ourselves. It is not something that can be imposed on us by others. It is a journey of self-discovery that requires us to be honest with ourselves. We need to be open to new ideas and experiences, and be willing to let go of old beliefs that no longer serve us. Only by living in truth can we hope to find lasting happiness and peace.
Authenticity is important in every aspect of our lives. It’s especially important when it comes to our relationships with others. When we’re being authentic, we’re being true to ourselves and our beliefs. We’re not trying to please others or make them happy. We’re honest about our feelings and thoughts, even if they might not be popular. This can be difficult at times, but it’s worth it to live in truth.
