Living Here & Now

On this week’s Contemplative Living Podcast, we are talking about Living in the here and now, realize everyone has their own identity, which is unsurpassable in the whole universe. Become transparent with yourself and wake up from instability; walk on your own two feet. That which doesn’t belong to you fills the entire universe. Know What Is Yours. Not coveting a single thing is the greatest gift you can give the universe. Poor or rich, meaningful and unimportant—none of that exists. Living here and now, Don’t get caught up in too much bustle. To find peace, we first empty our cups in stillness. Things simply are as they are; completely live out this present moment, here and now.

In order to truly live in the present moment, it is important to know what is yours. This means being aware of your thoughts, feelings, and actions. It also means being aware of your surroundings and the people in your life. If you can be present and aware of what is happening in your life, you will be able to live more fully and deeply.

Don’t get caught up in the hustle and bustle

It can be easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We’re always rushing around, trying to get things done, and we often don’t take the time to just stop and appreciate the moment we’re in. But it’s important to remember that the present is all we really have. We can’t change the past, and we don’t know what the future will bring. So instead of worrying about what has already happened or what might happen, we should focus on enjoying living here and now.
