Mind Nature

In this week’s Contemplative Living Podcast, we are diving deep into Mind Nature. Mind is a mental activity, the coming and going of thoughts, feelings, and sensations. Mind nature is the clear open knowing where thoughts, feelings, and understanding arise. Find your awareness free from thought and movement, has no sense of inside or outside, and is utterly clear and transparent. Experience a peace that is vibrant, awake, infinitely deep, and imbued with a quiet joy that knows no limit. Mind nature is when the conceptual mind drops away through devotion, practice, or chance. Mind nature is simply there, like space, so profound that it acquires its own momentum, and that momentum carries you into expanded knowing.

Knowing

Spiritual knowing is a way of accessing knowledge that is beyond the physical realm. It is a way of connecting with the divine, or with a higher power. This type of mind nature can be accessed through meditation, prayer, and other forms of introspection. When we connect with our spiritual side, we are able to tap into a deeper understanding of ourselves and the world around us. We can receive guidance and wisdom that can help us navigate our lives in a more meaningful way.

Often, we find our minds consumed by thoughts. Whether it’s worrying about the future, rehashing the past, or ruminating on something that’s bothering us, it can be difficult to find a moment of peace. However, it is possible to find your awareness free from thought. By focusing on your breath and letting go of any attachments to the thoughts that are passing through your mind, you can achieve a state of mindfulness. This can help you to feel more calm and at ease with the world around you.
